COOKING COURSES AND FOOD FESTIVALS (Guided or unguided) AND SELF-DRIVING ITINERARIES
This offer has been created in particular for those seeking to discover Tuscany and its flavors. The principle themes in these weeks revolve around the wines, olive oils, cheeses, truffles, aromatic plants and other Tuscan products that render this region unique to the palate.
We help you plan relaxed weeklong itineraries with transport and a guide, or if you wish to self-drive, we organize a hire care and detailed maps with instructions. You'll take in gastronomical events like ‘sagre' (food festivals), village festivals, local product tastings in piazzas or at wine cellars. The cooking courses are usually half-day courses that finish either with lunch or dinner and are conducted by experts in the field of Tuscan cookery. All of these events take place in (and therefore give you the opportunity to explore) and around the regions of Chianti, Mugello, Lucca, Siena and Maremma.
Weather you wish to be guided or you decide to hire your own car our culinary/gastronomic weeks are booked privately for you and your group and as far as possible we design them around your wishes and desires. Your group can be from 2 t 15 people. We book exclusively for you a guide and transport or for self drivers we book a hire car give you routes and itineraries and driving instructions to follow as well as giving you a telephone number to call in the event of emergencies. Self driving or accompanied, your accommodation for the week is appropriately planned and booked by us on your behalf.
