PRIVATE CHEF: CATERED MEALS AT YOUR PRIVATE VILLA
Our "catered meals" program, is a high-quality service that can be personalized
according to your needs and is designed for those who choose to spend their vacation renting a private villa or apartment in Tuscany.
Our chefs are a couple who have worked together for many years and they cover the areas of Florence, Chianti, Mugello, Siena and Lucca.
Dinner is made and served in your villa, however it is important to know in advance if the kitchen is well equipped and if they can have access to it for a few hours before dinner time.
Wine expenses. Naturally a good table wine is provided (often a Chianti Classico), but upon specific request for vintage wines , there is an extra charge for the wine expenses.
We also offer Cooking lessons , cooking enthusiasts can cook with them and participate in the preparation of the meals.

Kids are welcome , they can provide a special kids menu: lasagne, pizza and gelato are some of their suggestions.

CLASSIC TUSCAN
Tuscan Crostini with Liver Paté & Tomato and Basil Bruschette .
Ribollita and handmade Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Butter and Sage.
Cacciatora style Chicken with black Olives with seasonal Vegetables.
Cantuccini di Prato: Handmade Almonds Cookies with Vin Santo and Grandma's Cake.

Mixed Bruschette with Bell Pepper, Eggplant, Tomato and Basil, Olives.
Lasagne with seasonal Vegetables and Pappa al pomodoro.
Stuffed seasonal Vegetables and vegetable bake.
Cherry Clafutis and apple Cake with Rum Cream.
FISH
Marinated fresh Anchovies with fresh Mint & fresh Salmon with Dill and Ginger.
Clams and Mussels in Chick-pea Soup and Squid Ink Risotto.
Grilled or roasted fresh Fish with Baked seasonal Vegetables.
Lemon Bavarois and Apple Crumble with Vanilla Sauce.
MEAT
Grilled vegetables with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Sweet and sour Tropea Onions.
Chianti Wine Risotto and Ribollita.
Stuffed Rabbit with fresh Herbs and Chine of Pork with mustard with rosemary potatoes & vegetables.
Torta Caprese : Almond and Chocolate Cake and Cooked Cream with Sauce of Forrest Fruits.
MUGELLESE (Typical of Mugello area)
Mixed Bruschette with chicken lever pate, Bell Pepper, Eggplant, Tomato and Basil, Olives.
Mugellani style “tortelli” (potato filling) with wild boar or meat sauce.
One choice between the following: mixed grilled meat (T-bone steak, sausages, and pork) / stewed rabbit / stewed wild boar / Fillet with mushrooms.
Grilled Porcini mushrooms with baked potatoes with rosemary.
Chestnut crepes filled with ricotta cream and chocolate sauce.
MIXED FRIED
Mixed Bruschette with chicken liver pate, Bell Pepper, Eggplant, Tomato and Basil, Olives.
