The complete travel Plan is the option for those who wish to create their entire vacation with us. Satisfy your desires to discover not only the cities of art but to stay in the ancient palazzos and to hunt out the medieval villages where the fine food, wines and laughter of Italy were born and cultivated. Together we plan your vacation, you use your imagination and we’ll apply our experience to resolve the dilemmas concerning where, when, what and how long for. We can plan an itinerary with you that covers different regions and cities, from Venice to Lake Garda, the Cinque Terre to Milan and its lakes, Umbria, Tuscany, from Costa Amalfitana to Rome and much, much more.

• Itinerary planning: An in-depth and unique daily itinerary provide insight, unusual background information, a detailed sightseeing report, and original tips on how to appreciate each location most fully.
• Accommodation planning: We maintain personal liaisons with smaller owner and family-operated hotels, B&B, country inns, private villas and wine or olive-oil estates. Importantly, we return often to every site to ensure that it continues to meet our criteria. Accommodations are selected for their charm, location, staff, comfort and value.
• Transportation planning: Specific and detailed daily routing suggestions include maps, or/and appropriate train schedules. While we do not book air reservations, we do coordinate train tickets and auto rentals, with or without a private driver.
• Good eating: In-depth information on locally acclaimed gastronomic secrets comprises restaurants and trattorie selected from our own up-to-date research. Regional eating guides for every area visited include materials on regional bread, cheese, wine, olive oil and pastry. Food specialties shopping and eating and wine-touring itineraries.
• Telephonic Assistance and welcoming in Florence: we’ll meet you in Florence and have a glass of wine or a coffee together, during one of the first days of your stay. As we’re located in Florence, this is possible only when the itinerary include a stop in the town of Florence. We’re at disposal for any last minute request while travelling, from museums reservations, to cell phone rental, car hiring etc.
• Suggestions and bookings of museums with our art historian guide, or just a museums reservation in Florence (tickets pick up at the museums desk).
• Days dedicated to acquiring the essence of Italy through a culinary course, discovering the secrets of Florentine designers and artisans with a personal shopper.
• For evenings we can take care of dinner reservations and offer a stunning evening at the Opera or a concert. It’s up to you to choose the touch that will make your holiday unique and unforgettable.
