The cookery lessons are followed by lunch, when you will enjoy the dishes you have just prepared, you will
finish at about 2 p.m.
Chef Jacopo Tendi has been working for 10 years in some of the best restaurants in Florence, in the Chianti and
abroad. Anna and Jacopo have experience in cooking courses since 1998.
Courses are held in Italian and English.
The advanced course lasts 5 days and is especially geared to those who already have a reasonable culinary
skill and wish to extend their knowledge. Total Hours: 25
The 3 days course will give you an interesting panorama of typical Tuscan specialties. You will learn to
prepare Crostini, fresh pasta and desserts such as Cantuccini. Total Hours: 15
In the 1 day cookery lesson You will learn to prepare typical dishes using seasonal produce: fresh grapes,
newly pressed olive oil, local mushrooms and Tuscan black cabbage. Total Hours: 5
