These tours are designed to offer you two activities that have nature as an essential common element - walking and wine tasting. The Tour starts in the morning and you will be escorted directly in the heart of the Chianti region. The drive will take you through the beautiful and classic Tuscan landscape of cypresses, olives trees and vineyards. Luca Granucci, your trekking guide, native of the area and English speaking, will greet you and accompany you along the most beautiful and seldom visited trails in the high hills of the Chianti region. He will talk to you about the indigenous animals, smells, plants and history of the natural places. The tour includes the transportation to the meeting point with the guide, a delightful Tuscan meal and a wine tasting of the superb local Chianti. The half day tour includes as well wine tasting and lunch. Your driver and guide for the day can pick you up in Florence and will take you back there at the end of the day.
